Step 1.
First Open the Photo Shop then
File-------->New--------->Default Photo Shop Size----------->Ok
*Remember Beck ground must be white.
Step 2.
Set ForeGround Color Black and BackGround Color White
Filter----->Render------->Difference Clouds
Then press Ctrl+F 2 times
Step 3.
for the effect we gona use the Sketch filter so
Filter------>Sketch------->Chrome
Then set Detail---6 or 7
Smoothness-----10
Then press Ok
Step 4.
Then we put some color on it for make water look.
Image------>Adjustment-------->Color Balance
Then Set Color Lavel on First box Write -40 to -60 as u wish
on Third Box Write +40 to +60 as u wish
Set the Tone Balance on Midtones then press Ok
Step 5.
Then for the lightness
Image-------->Adjustment-------->Brightness/Contrast
Now Set Brightness +35
Contrast +35
Then press ok
Now u can see ur self that u made just a Water pic but its not real.
