Download: Internet Explorer 7
Installation Instructions:
1) Open the testroot.cer file and click on "Install Certificate"
2) Follow the Wizard, making sure that you let the wizard automatically select the certificate store
3) Run IE7-WindowsXP-x86-enu.exe !
NOTE: You must be using a Genuine copy of Windows in order to install this build! If you are not, you can always change your XP Product Key to a valid 700-PID one.
Product Key validation:
1. Install the certificate.
2. Unzip the rar file.
3. Further unzip the exe file using winrar.
4. go to update folder and click on update.exe to install.
Patching Instructions for those Not running a Genuine Copy of Windows XP: For advanced pc users, who know how to deal with pc

1) Download the patched iecustom.dll ( 68.32k )
2) Using a program like WinRAR, extract the contents of IE7-WindowsXP-x86-enu.exe to a random temporary directory
3) Open up the new temp dir and browse to the "update" folder
4) Replace iecustom.dll with Patched version.
5) Now, run update.exe, NOT iesetup.exe

Fix Homepage Problem: (IE7 page loads instead of assigned homepage)

Edit Toolbar Buttons:
Tools > Toolbars > Customize
Disable "ClearType" in IE7: By default its set as ClearType fonts (Laptop users can ignore this step)...
Go to Tools > Internet Options > Advanced >
Scroll down to the "Multimedia" part near the bottom, and you will see "Use ClearType"
Uncheck this option and hit apply!
There you go, all set..

.. IE7 beta still unstable and the copycat MSft copied most of them features from FireFox
..but as for IE still the current version gonna be good for normal users. advanced users mite go for the IE7 
..
