| There is something “Khirchi” going on (as I guessed before) between Darel Hair, ICC and Pakistan and of course to hide anyone’s mistake. The reason “why ICC needed to publicize the secret letter of hair to ICC” is behind my theory. What ICC will achieve by doing this???
