There's between 3 to 5 billion years before our Milky Way Galaxy collides with the Andromeda Galaxy, forming a new Super Galaxy.

A few things to ponder and think about...Or just imagine...

Will humankind still be around at that time? And thriving?
Will we still be living on Earth or will our home be unable to sustain us long before that, and humans will be scattered all over the Galaxy?
Will we meet other sentient and advanced life forms? And will they be kind and friendly or a warring race?
What major advances do you think we will have and what discoveries?

Please add your questions, and if you prefer, then the answers to these, or your comments and opinions about these questions. You can answer your own question, or ask the next poster to answer yours, while that poster comes up with his/her own questions for the next poster and so on...

Woww ... Nice Thread Xan Bro ... Quiet a eXcitin stuff for thinkin ...
Okay now lets start ... Im gonna start with tryin to answer those Questions ... Later I'll ask Myne ...

Will humankind still be around at that time? And thriving?
3 or 5 billion years is quiet a Long tym to Predict ... But Still I guess "Humankind will still be around but after both Biological and Technological Evolution, Im not sure that They will be Lyk us or not ...
Will we still be living on Earth or will our home be unable to sustain us long before that, and humans will be scattered all over the Galaxy?
Im pretty much sure that If we survive for 3 or 5 billions years or so, Humans will Obviously be scattered all over the Galaxy ... or Probably in some Galaxies ... And I guess Earth either will b a Sacred place or a Left Alone Planet ... Nothin else ... Earth is not goin to be a Planet to Live anymore ...
Will we meet other sentient and advanced life forms? And will they be kind and friendly or a warring race?
Ummm For this Im not quiet sure. Not even Guess ... LoL ... There r Plenty ( Uncountable will b a better adjective ) planets and Stars ... So this is possible that there cud be Other Livin Creatures too ... Its has quiet a Chances but Intelligent "Creatures" got less Chances ... And if there r any Intelligent Race ( Who have Space Science ), Then I bet they wont be any Warrin Race ... Intelligence will Stop them to Fight against another Intelligent Race ( Humans )...
What major advances do you think we will have and what discoveries?
This is Impossible to guess ... its not 3000 or 4000 years ... Its 3 or 5 Billion Years ... But I Guess Teleportin and Hyper Space Dive will be available ( Science Fictions )
