TSK TSK TSK Brownguy! You probably didn't understand what I was trying to tell you and the rest of you. IF SOMEONE WAS DUMB AND STUPID ENOUGH TO SUE GOOGLE FOR THAT REASON... GOOGLE WILL COUNTER-SUE AND SLAP THAT TOS ON THAT SOMEONE'S FACE, AND GOOGLE WILL WIN! It's very easy to "initiate" a lawsuit, but they usually go on for years, unless you have a hard-proof case. And in terms of resources, they have next to unlimited, you or I don't!
