Ingredients
- 1 fifteen-ounce cans black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 large tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 1 frozen corn packet or you can peal corn however you want
- 1 large avocado, chopped and peeled (you can avoid this if you don't want)
- 1 purple onion, chopped
- 1/8 to 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (as much as you want)
- 3 to 4 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoons olive oil
- salt
- 1 Green Bell paper or scotch. ( i usually add a lot...me like spicy... LOL )
Directions
- Combine first all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Cover and chill
- serve with tortilla chips! or tortilla roti...
