Who Said Every Fairy Gets Their Wings?
It's been 25 yrs
And I've given up on that fairytale story,
The one where you take me away,
In a hot pink Subaru Impreza with golden alloys,
And we fly away into the sunset.
Who said every fairy gets their wings?
I gave you and gave up all that I had,
And you were everything that I ever wanted,
But the heartache, the fights and even the tears,
Were pretence,
Like a skull pretending that it still had it's flesh.
I drank so much and now I'm legless,
Who said every fairy has their wishes granted?
So much pain has gone on,
Deception, lies and deceit are all I have left,
And let's not forget this hole.
This hole in which I'm falling,
Falling, falling into darkness.
Crying, crying into drowning oceans.
Dying, dying into depression...
Clap. Clap!
Who said every fairy comes back to life?
