choker vasa bujthe paro,
amar choke rekhe chok.
moner kotha kew bujena,
tumie bujo naa bola dukh.

ondhokareo chinthe paro,
moner choker aalothe.
maaj somudre vashchilo naw,
tumie viriyeso kulethe.

ami chilam adhar ghore,
tumi ashle alo hathe.
amar mone sunnotha silo,
tumie pereso mon voriye dithe.

emoni ek pothik ami,
path harai bare-bar.
vul poth aagle rekheso,
tumie pother dishari amar.

aamar paye futesilo kata,
thathe tumi peyesile betha.
amar sukher kothai vebeso,
kokhono vaboni nijer kotha.

maa go ami tumar juggo noi,
tumar paaye amar sthanti rekho.
tumar chaya thakle sathe,
ami bipothe jabona,tumi dekho.
