Crash - i guess its pretty common since it won oscar and its a good movie sort of different theme.
Rudy - story of a guy who dreamt to play american football for univeristy of Notre Dame ( that school has one hell of a football tradition) i would recommend you to watch this even if you dont like football or don't knwo the game coz this movie got a msg for every1 of us
School ties : Matt Damon and Brendan Fraser movie. you probably heard about religious affiliations in schools watch this movie you will see how hardcore it was at one point
Syriana - all i can say is pay attention to the movie otherwise you will not be able to connect the bits and pieces
The Departed - just came out 2 weeks back and trust me it is one the best movies to be released this year. Leonardo Dicaprio one of his best performance and Jack Nicholson you dont have to say a lot about that guy. also starring matt damon in his usual STUD character and one of my favourite actors martin sheen. the cast is enough reason to watch the movie but the movie it self is also great
