I live on my own after I moved to Indiana. Its personal choice if they want to live with family or not. Its not a question of developed, developing or least developed countries. Some people love to be around family and some want to be on their own. Completely personal preferrence. At least thats how i think. For me I want to be with family since I am pretty much friends with both my parents and my brother possibly my best friend ( though he treats me like his baby since he is about 10 years older than me). Hope I could answer your question.
