I wud love to have a walk along some quiet road wid someone special and wud fancy a cactus from him as a valentine gift..dats my dream valentine evening ..which might not seem as romantic as a candle light dinner or bla bla bla as stated or shared by the super romantic ppl in here..but that how i want it to be ...

Real shumon vai, does your special someone like icecream? Boro gol-akriti’r ekta chamoch niye icecream box theke spherical shape er ekta piece ber korun, ar otakey beshon er gura diye cover kore felun. Make sure you have a good thick layer of ‘beshon’ or bread-crump around the sphere of icecream. Then dip it into hot oil to fry it. If the oil is hot enough, it should take only 20sec to turn the outer layer of the sphere into brown- fried color. Take it out and put it in a ice-cream cup and apply topping : caramel topping / cherry slices / cream on top, whatever takes your fancy.
Its called- Deep Fried Icecream (Duh!)
