if insomnia occurs u are more liely to be grouchy, moody and also ur body will not be able to function properly, thus coordination skills will be lost. if this starts to occur, ur dopamine levels in the brain will start to degenerate, thus reducing ur seretonin and noradrenaline level, which can result to mild dperession occuring. this means u wil become pesimistic, feel down and act like a zombie and need medications to solve the problems.
