SLEEP WELL STUDY WELL
Do you study hard overnight to get through that examination; then you MUST know this factor?
A research reveals that you will lose your memory power when you skip your sleep in the night. To remember what you have learnt in the day time a good sleep helps you a lot.
A research was conducted over 24 students picked up from Haward University reveals this finding. The students were shown some objects for a few seconds projected on the screen. The following day an examination was conducted to find out how far the students recollected the objects and the time taken by them for this task. Thereafter the students grouped into two sections and one group allowed sleeping in the night and the other kept awake. The former group took shorter time and remembered the objects shown to them better than earlier. The latter group could not remember the objects and took longer time with shortcomings.
It is surprising the students, who didn’t sleep in the night, although they slept more hours in the day time to compensate their sleep, could not achieve results equal to the students who had a good night sleep.
It is scientifically proven that the Cartex section of the brain revises during your night sleep what you have studied in the day and impress them into your memory.
If you damage this regular process even once it will affect learning new things in life. The Scientists have invented the Cartex section of the brain plays an important role in accumulating fresh things that you learn.
The efforts are in vain of those students, who study throughout the night. Whilst they lose their sleep, they lose their invaluable memory power subsequently.
The memory storage takes place in a different section of the brain of those who study overnight and fades away in the subsequent night itself. Therefore remember that a good night sleep helps to maintain a healthy life and sound study to get through that examination.
