well... actually you dont need to download and specify country as "usa" ..

if you have an older version of Messenger or Live messenger , and if you let it upgrade to the newest version when your messgener says that an upgrade is available , this option is enabled automatically with the upgrade.


I remember that I picked my country as bangladesh when I downloaded messegner , and yesterday after upgrading to the new version of LIVE from my messenger window, i can see this image beside my nick
