Anorexia Nervosa: Fear of gaining weight or becoming fat is basically what it is. Not eating at all. Getting very skinny. Believe me, ppl who have Anorexia, look scary.
Bulimia: it is the opposite of Anorexia N. This is a condotion where people eat a lot and then throw it out. They make themselves vomit. Gross huh? Or maybe they will be fasting or do excessive exercise.
Pica: It is the weird one. People who have Pica eating disorder eat objects with no nutritional value. They eat dirt, clay,starch,ice,burnt matches, charcoal, cigarette ashes, baking soda , etc. ewww!!

These disorders are not helping to loose weight at all , in fact, making you more sick. There are other ways to decrease weight without getting sick. One should decrease Kcals by 300-1000/day, reduce Fat intake [ Fast Food!!! BAD!!!!], increase carbohydrate intake, Food intake shouldn't be lower than your BMR.
HOW TO LOOSE WEIGHT ??
BMR = Basal Metabolic Rate. Everyone needs minimum calories just to stay alive. So without depending on your diet you can calculate you BMR and then determine how you can loose weight without getting sick.
Equation to calclate BMR
Males: 66+(13.7 x W) + (5 X H) - (6.8 x A )
Females: 655 + (9.6 x W ) + (1.7 x H) - (4.7 x A)
w= actual weight in kg [ 1kg = 2.2lbs]
H= height in cm [1inch=2.54 cm]
A= age in years

After calculating your BMR suppose you got 1400 K cal. That is the amout of calories your body needs just to keep u alive. If you lay down don't do anything except for breathing your body needs that 1400 kcal. It is never ok to eat below your BMR. Whatever you eat you should take at least 1400kcal/day if your BMR is 1400.
1 lb fat = 2500 calories
So, eating 500cal over your total metabolism for a week = 1 lb extra [getting fat
]or, eating 250 cal less than your total metabolism = -1lb in 2 weeks [very good ]
Now you have a better idea to maintain a perfect diet for your body. All you need to do is calculate your BMR and eat that much calories per day. Or adjust it as needed.
