| api... amio stressed... beshi kharap lagle.. den hang out wid chilled freinds.. n talk to sm1.. dnt bottle it up otherwise it really gets to u.. if u need to cry den cry.. but dnt keep it inside u... n try not to think abt it.. keep ur self occupied in other activities.. praying is good, talkin to sm1 is good, watch a sad romantic film to change r emotion to sad.. den watch a comedy dat will help to turn ur wmotion around... n treat ur self wid chocolate.. n den do a little shoppin... api beshi kharap lagle... always turn to da almighty... u will see u will feel better in da morning... inshallah... .
