| Yeah, that wut is all about ... Actually Im sorry, I was in a bit Hurry so cudnt describe it a bit more ... Well there r some advertisers who just register and advertise and then Gone ... Well for this We tried to give them a Hard Tym ... Lyk u faced this problem ... U r not an advertiser so its not prob for u ... but Think of an advertiser who wud want to post some links but for this he/she has to post for a while and then he wud b able to advertise ... it might lessen the rate of Advertisin ... Thats why this rule was implemented ... Well its not lyk we r Forcin ... U has joined this Forum and we can eXpect that u wud post ... and 10 isnt a giant amount ...
