my arguements :

1. banning someone parmanently is a capital punishment and bigger than what she deservs
2. she is a talented person and a valuable member

severus we don want to argue any more on dis topic .we have discussed a lot in dis matter....sorry..we don want some one like her here..dushtu gorur cheye shunno goal valo..

severus, in the othr thread (abt banning shums_uk frm forum), it was me who protest with every one abt her banning. that time thr was no reason to ban her & i closed that thread saying that, if any othr admin want to ban her, they can. the reason shums_uk is ban now not for that thread (neither any admin ban her that time). she is banned bcuz of advertising. so took status in anothr place & was doing advetising. for this reason she got ban from BanglaCafe.

In BanglaCafe IRC Rules it is clearly stat that: Any infraction of these guidelines will result in a warning placed against your BanglaForum account and will be added to your overall warning level.

she got permanent ban from BanglaCafe, in this case her warning level is as same as BanglaCafe. hope you understand now.

abt your 2nd option, all i can say is 'Its your personal view/opinion abt her'
