Only Few days left and then the biggest Sporting event on this earth will be Start. "FIFA World Cup 2006 in Germany". There will be lots of thrills , actions and lots of joy & sorrow for one month. We invitees all the users to participate and enjoy this great event with us. We're going to arrange all the necessary things so that you can easily get all the world cup 2006 related updates, results, off-track news and so on.

Introduction
It's a totally new format, that you didn't see or didn't play anywhere. The Rules are not so critical/hard like other fantasy football games !!
It's so easy that any one can understand & can play. The Object of this game is to choose 8 teams from 8 different groups and earn points through game conditions. (read the rules)
Highest Point Scorer at the end of the Finals will win the Big Prize !
In the 2006 World Cup, there are 32 Teams. These Teams are below:
Slot A: Germany, Costa Rica, Poland, Ecuador.
Slot B: England, Paraguay, Trinidad & Tobago, Sweden.
Slot C: Argentina, Ivory Cost, Serbia and Montenegro, Netherlands.
Slot D: Mexico, Iran, Angola, Portugal.
Slot E: Italy, Ghana, United States, Czech Republic.
Slot F: Brazil, Croatia, Australia, Japan.
Slot G: France, Switzerland, Korea Republic, Togo.
Slot H: Spain, Ukraine, Tunisia, Saudi Arabia.
There are 8 Groups. You’ve to choose only 1 team from each group, which means 8 teams. (Out of 32 teams).
You’ve to play with these 8 teams.
Suggestion:
Read & Play Step by Step. First Just Concentrate on "Group Round". Then after 24th June Concentrate on Second Round & so on ...
Group Round
Points for each Match:
10 for win
5 for draw
-10 for Lose
No points for Goal
eg. one of your team is BRAZIL: if their results like this in the 1st round: (2-0 : Win ), (1-1 : Draw ) & (1-2 : Lost)
Then their points will be like this : 10 + 5 - 10 = 5.
If your team goes to the 2nd round then for each team you’ll get 100 points Bonus.
So if your team Brazil goes to the 2nd Round then you’ll get:
Bonus + Total Match Point = Overall Points
100 + 5 = 105 points for Brazil.
NOW: Suppose, Rest of your teams ( those are qualified for the 2nd round ) & their points are:
Germany (110) + England (130) + Italy (120) + Spain (105).
So you’ll get total: 110 + 130 + 120 + 105 + 105 = 570 points.
Then you’ve to Submit 570 points. Cause this is your overall Group Round Points.
So, you’ve to add all the points for your teams. (Only those are qualified for the 2nd round).
You can’t add points for those teams which are not qualified for the 2nd round.
Second Round
In this Round choose 4 teams. (Out of your those teams, which are Qualified ). (e.g. If only 3 team of yours are Qualified then you don’t have the option to choose 4 teams. You’ve to play with those 3 teams.)
Match Point: 10 (for win)
If your team goes to the Quarter Final then your team will get 200 points Bonus.
e.g. If your team Brazil goes to the Quarter Final, then their point should be like this :
suppose they win by 2-1. then they’ll get 10 points for win. Now
Match Point + Bonus Point = Total Point
10 + 200 = 210
After 2nd round add with 1st round total:
First Round Point + Second Round Point = Total Point.
105 + 210 = 315
(If your 3 out of 4 teams goes to the Quarter Final then Just Add 3 teams point, like your another 2 qualified teams are France & Argentina and their total points are 330 & 320, then your total point would be (Brazil) 315 + (France) 330 + (Argentina) 320 = 965).
Quarter Final
In the Quarter Final Round you’ve to Choose 2 Teams: (out of your Qualified teams)
If only 1 of your team are Qualified for this round then you’ve to play with this 1 team.
If None of your team qualified for this round then “Your Game is Over !!!”
Match Point: 20 (for win).
If your team goes to the Semi Final then your team will get 300 points Bonus.
e.g. If your team Brazil goes to the Semi Final, then their point should be like this :
suppose they win by 4-1. then they’ll get 20 points for win. Now point should be,
Match Point + Bonus Point = Total Point
20 + 300 = 320
After Quarter Final Round, add this point with Group round & 2nd Round total:
First Round + Second Round Point + Quarter Final Point = Total Point.
105 + 210 + 320 = 635
If in this round, your both / one team are failed to qualify for the Semi Final Round then “Your Game is Over !!!”. If both teams are Qualified for the Semi Final Round, then you’ve to add both teams point (e.g. your another team is France get 640 points, So your total point should be Brazil (635) + France (640) = 1275). If only one team will qualify, then you can’t add disqualified team’s points.
Semi Final
In the Semi Final Round, you’ve to play with only one (1) team. As I said earlier, your game will be over if both teams will lose.
Match Point: 30 (for win).
If your team goes to the Final then your team will get 400 points Bonus.
e.g. If your team Brazil goes to the Final, then their point should be like this :
suppose they win by 1-0. then they’ll get 30 points for win. Now point should be,
Match Point + Bonus Point = Total Point
30 + 400 = 430
After Semi Final Round, add this point with Previous 3 Round total:
First Round + Second Round + Quarter Final + Semi Final = Total Point.
105 + 210 + 320 + 430 = 1065.
If your team lose then ready for 3rd/4th place playoff. Else Move to the Final.
3rd / 4th place playoff Match
3rd Place team : 300 point Bonus + previous round points.
4th Place team : 200 point Bonus + previous round points.
(e.g. if France lose in the Semi Final and there points are 1050, and if they become 3rd then there total point would be 1050 + 300 = 1350)
The Final
In this Round, if your team wins (Champion) , then you’ll get 1000 points Bonus.
Runner-up team will get 500 point.
eg. if your team Brazil wins. Then their Point Should be like this:
Previous 4 Round Total + Final Bonus = Grand Total
1065 + 1000 = 2065
Deadline for Submitting Team Names:
- Group / 1st Round : June 14th, 2006
- Second Round : June 24th, 2006
- Quarter Final : June 29th, 2006
- Semi Final : July 04th, 2006
