Ovab indeed is the base of this Ghush thing. That really is.
Lets start pointing it out.
Bribing has become which ppls Main income ?!

1. Ministers
2. Political Leaders
3. Custom officers
4. Police
5. and lastly Govt. Officers.

Well I don have to mention that none of them are over paid as Private sectors. All those above r paid at very low level then an employee at similar post in any Private Company. U gotta forget business men here. They r out of topics.

Prime Minister's salary is 25000. Do u think thats enuff for him/her ?! Being practical this is just NOTHING.
To grab any post at Customs u have to bribe a lotta ppls and which is around 10-20 lac. Dont u think that person will jump into this bribe business after joining ?!
Same thing happens to Polices.
Now lets talk about Traffic polices. There salary scale starts from 7000. To spend 8 hours at those roads and to maintain bus/track/rickshaw's for 8 hours per day. DO U THINK ITS ARRYTE ?! I don think so. I don curse them for takin bribe. They have to take it for they have a class in the society.

And if anyone ever get addicted wit the bribing thing, I don think its possible ever to take him/her out of this business. No matter how much raises they get.

But yeah, changing the salary scale cud have put an impact at the newly recruited officers.

Well, increasin the salary scale is not the Only solution, but it can work. It really can work wit the new Recruit. And about oldies, LoL. Old Habits die hard LoL. They will never change.

Bu "Kacha Bazarer Agun" IS the biggest problem i guess now here at Dhaka. Gosh, everyone is concern about this and this only.
