It depends upon the society. In a society like us/uk it does not matter but when we are in India or Bangladesh, I think we should care about the other peoples feelings in our society. If the other peoples do not feel comfortable in open kissing then we should resist ourselves from that.

No Kissing should not be public. and It should be as well.

If we are talking in bangladesh's context, than no I dont support public kissing. the society is not only about us, we have others to think about, parents, uncle-aunts, grnadparents etc. I will not feel comfortable even watching someone else kissing infront of any of my relatives.

Jemon in foreign countries, if couples get "too cozy" and show emotions publicly, everyone around them ignores them and stares on the other direction.
