i was wondering tarek or joy, r they really important for our future politics?? without tarek can't BNP run?? or say JOY who is still not in politics. will he be the leader of AL??

if we don follow democracy in the party how can we run a democratic government?? its a burning question in the BNP, who will be the leader of BNP in coming years?? TAREK ??? how many years have he worked on the street?? or been a MP?? if the party BNP doesen't follow its convention, how can they run a country without corruption??

i never get to solve this riddle, can any one help??
