ummm nah i don think thik muhurte habibul bashar er retire kora uchit ...majhe majhe dol a ekjon experienced capt er dorkar hoy ....hote pare or form nai ...but o j vabe guide korte parbe onno keu sevabe nao parte pare....jani k hoa uchit ...but da who deserve da capaincy...rafique er replacement er kotha kano ashtese?

Becaus Rafique is old now....within one year he is going to retire...

and Bashar ke ami purapuri bad dear kotha boltesina ..agami dui match e drop kora uchit sheta boltesi

Bashar should be dropped but not because of his poor form which is very common with our team.. We play one good match then three or five bad games.. But because of his poor captaincy and decisions’ on field and off the field!

His attitude is always negative

Well He is still lyk a Winnin Captain for Bangladesh. And then again we dont really any Ready Alternative now. Nafees Iqbal is a Vice Captain now though but he isnt in a good form Either. So there is no need nor option to Drop him out of the Team. He will play constantly more 1 or 2 years I guess ( eXcept Injury ). After that tym, He will probably retire or somethin. Well its important cuz of we need another Captain for nXt world Cup. And Bashar aint gonna play at that Tournament. He will b too old to play.

* Bangladesh win 36 one days and 29th of that 36 matches the captain of Bangladesh was Habibul Bashar.
* In this world cup, Habibul Bashar played six innings and he was run out in three innings which is not his fault.
* The captains of all countries such as England, Pakistan, India, Srilanka, Westindies had passed some bad times but they were kept at captain position and later they did better.
* The target for Bangladesh was to beat one of Srilanka or India which is very hard and go to Super Eight, Bangladesh did that very well by the lead of Habibul Bashar and Bangladesh is not doing very bad in Super Eight and it already beat South Africa.
* Everyone has some bad times and same as Habibul Bashar.

So it is not very important to move Habibul Bashar from his position. He is leading the team very well and I hope he will return in run very few days as he is a natural batsman.

its a high time for replace bangladesh cricket captain.once sumon played some good shot.but now in a days he is nothing but a mess.
i think saquibul may be one of the good replacement

Well He really is a Good Captain For Test Though. We can Fynd a New Captain for ODI's ... And now a days, playin wit 2 Captains is not really a Problem. And Bashar is better for Test rather then ODI.
