Bagladeshi Domestic Cricketers are paid poorly

It is sad to see that our Cricketers are amongst the worse paid sportsmen inspite of brilliant performances. Till now we did not even have paid Selctors which is such a shame. Inspite of Cricket being the most popular sport , the Cricketers especially the Domestic Players are paid poorly.

The Bangladesh Board should spend the huge amount of dollars that it earns from Sponsorship and TV rights to increase the prize money and for the Development of the game. It should also look at attracting additional Sponsors in face of the Recent World Cup success.

Inspite of their consistent performances, our Cricketers are paid much less than some of the other teams who do not perform as well.

The other teams that do not perform, who re they? India! Pakistan! Or else? Other teams sponsor is Coke, Pepsi, etc and you want Bangladeshi board to compete with the successors that long have been in this game and most of the other teams have also great supporters. I understand you love cricket but how many people will go to see Bangladesh play in another country and show the sponsors Bangladesh has a massive support behind, just look at the world cup matches!

A country that police and security service don't get paid properly, a country most people sleep without eating properly most of the night! That country needs you, me, and all of us thinking about the peoples and Bangladesh not Cricketing players. Once you get this right, other issues will be solved automatically.

See a Traffic Police who earn 4000 to 5000 taka ( Officially ) ... and on the Other hand a Cricket Can even earn much more while playin ... And If he can perform well and get a Chance on the National Team he is gettin a lotta more ... Match Fee's and Stuffs ... So as Noble Bhai said, Desher Bortoman Orthonoitic Obostha and Onnanno Kheladhular tulonay Cricketers r well paid.
And Bangladesh is a Rising Team not a Seattle Team ... And I really doubt which teams u r talkin about ?! Austrlia, New Zealand, India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, South Africa and West Indies. All these Teams r Better Then Bangladesh ... Its Sad but True ... Bangladesh is performin well that doesnt mean We beat all these countries in Cricket Race ... And Zimbabwe, Ireland, Kenya they r obviously under paid ...

Bangladesh Won over South Africa and India that doesnt mean Bangladesh is better then them now ... They Still can Win over Bangladesh. But Yeah Bangladesh is improvin and BCB is payin much then they used to pay few years back ...

GP is our Sponsor. And I really doubt if we Can fynd any better Sponsor ... Bangladeshi around the world r only fan of this Cricket Team ... And We cant afford to form a Group lyk "Barmy Army" ( England's Fan Club ) which will go wit the team at Other Countries ... So International Sponsor is far far Away ...
