forgot to say. when you going to install this applicaiton, it'll check WGA (windows genuine authentication), means, only valid windows users can install this. so here is a lil tweak

1. put that msscoreboard.msi file in any drives root directory. example: D:\msscoreboard.msi

2. go to: start > run, type: D:\msscoreboard.msi -q
