I think it's good. Can't you make a system that will allow members to post only ONE TIME per day? Some of the threads are like just a conversation between the interviewer and interviewee. I mean, we should give at least 2-3days then ask the next question. Meanwhile, other members can ask questions. It looks werid to see just one member asking questions after questions.
