Well everyone is saying a lot of things. But I found one thing extremely fishy, why the umpires refused to enter the field when Pakistan team walked inside the field and wanted to play? The pakistan team could have been fined or punished for not entering the field in due time after lunch break, but why the heck will the umpires refused to oversee/continue the match once Pakistan decided to keep playing?!?!?!?!

Umpired should not be biased but Hair has a previous history of being extremely hard on subcontinent players. If it was some other umpire than the incident would not have gotten out of hand. yes what pakistan did was wrong and would have been Booed by all, but what the umpire did was beyond any logic and unforgivable. They should have continued the game once pakistan walked in to the field and later fine/punish them.
