OMG!!! shocked!!!
Thank god...i have never had to take my computer to any of these so called geek squad.
by somehow she figured it was restoring issue, she tried to restore for some reason she couldn't restore it. She called HP customer service for help....A guy from India he said, she need to send the computer to HP...because she didn't have any warranty, with a charge of 200+ they can fix the computer. He said her computer has some other issue restoring might not help.
so she called me saying the details of the guy he spoke with. simply crap!!! All I had to do is restore her computer to earlier date. it was fixed. so little stupid thing about computer if you don't know your just in big trouble. don't let this happen to you. ask your friends, someone that you know might fix your problem before visiting this tek guys.
