If you want to come into argument then I can’t help myself.
First of all, I appreciate you’re your concern towards the poor athletics of India. I appreciate your feelings for them.
But the problem is that, we are always happy just to have feelings and do not materialize them to concrete support. We think that paying a minimal tax is everything that we can do for our country and we are so happy of that we don’t miss a single opportunity to mention we pay tax.
We always nag that our country is not doing this not doing that. But what is a country. Is a country is the politicians or the govt. officials who run the country. Whose responsibility is to think the betterment of nation? Rather than nagging you better think on that.
If you are realistic, you should know that being a developing country India can’t spend unlimited money in HRD like others countries in UK, US etc. Forget about political and other corruption, that are bound to be present and it is also present in all other country. Every one has to go with it.
Now it is on you, whom you want to congratulate. I of course first want to congratulate Mr Abhinav Bindra because he has done it. But then also I want to congratulate to my poor India to give him support whatever she could. If you think nation has not done anything to him then I will suggest to go to any African country or any east European country and to see the miseries there. Even if India doesn’t do anything for you then also I don’t think it is processes that at least you got a name ‘Indian’ (Look at the Tibetans).
And about congratulating me, you better congratulate me for whatever I have done yet. May be it is insignificant but not negligible. And my area is not sport but education. But it is also a road. I am happy whatever I got from my poor India in fulfilling my goal and dream.
So be sensible and do whatever you can on your side ( I am sorry if you already done something for the nation or the poor people of the nation other than paying tax).
