Propen: Well, this indeed is a reason. New characteristics forms because of crossing over of genes. But The question of forming these exact Characteristics? There are thousands of possibilities but what determines the Characteristics this new kid is going to have ? And why something Totally new could be found in some kids ? Or u r going to cover this too with germ cell formation ? And What gives the strength of stating that Reincarnation is not possible naturally ? and there is no such "thing" available naturally which can transform the Memory and all ?

And Is it totally impossible to have vast similarities ?

There are no such unavoidable proof that reincarnation happened, Nothing im aware of. But does it make the decision that its not possible anymore ? Its something like, "I havnt seen any Black Duck till now, so there is no Black Duck exists".
