No, Mina. That's not what I said. Whether someone chooses to wear lungi or not, is a matter of his/her personal choice. Why do you not get that?

Looking at it from an objective point of view, the lungi isn't practical at all. But clothes are meant to serve purposes beyond mere functionality. Think of the hapless saree for instance.
