What are your views? | | | | | Absolutely bang on tanna! Hi 5! This is what I mean to say! Like those people working in the fields or at grameen poribesh be it any kinda work....its easy for them and very practical! There is no sense in having this attire banned while it's been there for generations and generations. Besides boys/men feel comfortable in it. Why do you lungi haters have to put your left into that haa?
I understand the modernized world and modern girls don't like that attire coz they think its too khet...but think about it...that is US. that has been the attire for men in Bangladesh for ever. Your dad, my dad, grandpa's all wore this. Why would you wanna ban it now? Just cause we have moved on to city life? I am not saying that one would wear lungi to a press conference or a marriage ceremony, but at home and when they want to in their other times....why do you bother? Totally unacceptable!
It should be left to the person who wants to wear it to decide what they are gonna do. Wear it when they want to or follow the modern trend and wear pants and shorts only. I personally never wear lungi doesn't mean I am gonna talk against wearing it! I live in a world beyond your world.... |
