Total Equivalent processor power = 16 Xeon (Clovertown), 32 GHz, 32 MB Cache

RAM:

4 X 2 GB DDR2 800 MHz Registered RAM

HDD (Storage):

HDD 1: 500GB SATA II
HDD 2: 500GB SATA II
HDD 3: 500GB SATA II (Raid 10)
HDD 4: 500GB SATA II (Raid 10)

Uplink Port Speeds:

1000 Mbps Public & Private Networks

1TB Monthly Bandwidth

CentOS Enterprize Linux 5 (32 bit)

Network IDS/IPS Protection

APF Software Firewall for Linux.

Now if you still get slow page loading, then you can do 2 things; either throwaway your pc or change your ISP. I can't do more then this for now
