Actually I was quoting my friend's view. I am no way in a position to assess the situation unless I stay BD for a substantial period of time, which I wish I could!! I believe the situation in BD is lot better than last time I saw. I really look forward to visiting BD if not this year, then definitely next year which may not be far as we know time just flies...
